If you experienced losses in this contract due to technical issues that prevented timely closing of positions, you can apply for compensation through the platform’s customer service.

Compensation Application:

• Submit relevant trading records and screenshots/proof of being unable to close positions;
• After platform review and confirmation, compensation will be issued via airdrop based on actual loss amount;

• Please contact online customer service within 48 hours to submit your UID, relevant screenshots, and explanation. We will complete the review and processing within 3–7 business days.
