FAQ

Q1: When will I receive my futures bonus? Do I need to claim it manually?

A: The bonus will be automatically credited to your futures account within 10 minutes of a successful transfer—no action required.
 

Q2: What if I don’t receive my futures bonus?

A: Please contact online customer support with a screenshot of your transfer record. Once verified, the reward will be manually reissued within 24 hours.
 

Q3: Will there be remaining assets in the old Spot account after the transfer?

A: The full balance of your Spot assets will be transferred to your Spot Pro account, and your old Spot account balance will be cleared.

Q4: Can I receive rewards for system-automatic transfers?

A: No. All event rewards are limited to users who actively transfer assets during the event period. Only these users are eligible for both the futures bonus and the 0-fee trading benefit.
