At the request of the Griffin AI project team, WEEX will support the contract swap of the GAIN token as part of the project’s relaunch following the BEP-20 contract incident. Please see the detailed arrangements below:

1. Contract Swap Schedule

• Old contract trading suspension: September 24, 2025 (UTC)

• New contract launch: October 6, 2025, at 18:00 (UTC+8)

• Swap ratio: 1:1 (All GAIN balances will be automatically converted to the new contract token.)

• User action: No action is required. WEEX will complete the entire contract swap and asset mapping process on behalf of users.

2. Trading Resumption

GAIN deposits, withdrawals, and trading will reopen on October 6, 2025, at 18:00 (UTC+8).

3. User Impact

• During the contract swap, GAIN trading, deposits, and withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.

• Once the swap is completed, all user balances will be automatically updated to the new contract token, with no change to total holdings.

4. New Contract Information

• New contract address: 0xa890F8BA60051ec8a5B528F056DA362Ba208a96F

• Token type: LayerZero V2 OFT (ERC-20 / BNB Chain compatible)

• Project statement: This swap follows Griffin AI’s security upgrade after the counterfeit token incident on September 24. The vulnerability has been fully resolved, and liquidity will be re-established on PancakeSwap.
