Below are the step-by-step instructions for downloading the WEEX iOS version.
1. Downloading from the App Store
You can download the WEEX app using either of the following methods:
- Method 1: Use the official download link or scan the QR code provided to jump directly to the App Store page.
- Method 2: Search "WEEX" in the App Store and select the official app developed by Weex Virtual Currency Exchange LLC.
If you can't find the WEEX app in the App Store, your Apple ID's country/region may not be supported.
Unsupported regions include: Algeria, Afghanistan, Bolivia, South Korea, Morocco, Japan, Iraq, Mainland China, and Macau.
Refer to one of the solutions below:
- Change your Apple ID country/region
- Create a new Apple ID
- Use the Apple ID provided by WEEX
1.1 Change your Apple ID country/region
Follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Open “Settings” on your device and tap your Apple ID at the top.
2️⃣ Open “Media & Purchases”, select “View Account” in the pop-up menu, and verify your identity (enter your password or use Face ID/Touch ID).
3️⃣ Seletc “Country/Region”, then choose a country/region where WEEX is available.
Unsupported regions include: Algeria, Afghanistan, Bolivia, South Korea, Morocco, Japan, Iraq, Mainland China, and Macau.
4️⃣ Fill in the payment method and billing address (you can select “None” for payment).
5️⃣ After confirming the changes, return to the App Store and download the WEEX app.
💡 Note: Changing your region may affect the updates and use of other apps on your device. If you want to avoid this, refer to Section 1.2 and try creating a new Apple ID instead.
1.2 Create a new Apple ID
If you want to keep your main Apple ID unchanged, simply create a new one set to an available region by following these steps:
1️⃣ Visit Apple's website and select "Create Your Apple Account".
2️⃣ Fill in your name, email address, password, and other necessary details. In "Country Options", choose a supported country/region.
3️⃣ Log in to the App Store using the new ID. Then search and download the WEEX app.
This new Apple ID is only for downloading WEEX and won't impact your existing Apple ID or apps.
1.3 Use the Apple ID provided by WEEX
If you are unable to change your Apple ID or create a new account, you can use a shared ID provided by WEEX:

Shared IDs can be locked due to official Apple policies. If the above IDs are unusable, reach out to WEEX customer support for a new ID.
How to download the WEEX app using a shared Apple ID:
1️⃣ Open the App Store → select your profile icon in the top right corner → swipe to the bottom and tap "Sign Out" to exit your current ID.
2️⃣ Log in with the shared Apple ID.
3️⃣ Search for "WEEX" and download it.
4️⃣ After installing, sign out and log back in with your own Apple ID.
💡 Note: Remember to log out after the download to keep your personal information secure.
2. Download the WEEX Beta version (iOS)
If you are unable to download the WEEX app from the App Store, you can install the Beta version instead. Follow the steps below:
1️⃣ Use the official WEEX link or scan the QR code to open the WEEX Beta download page.
2️⃣ Follow the on-screen instructions to install TestFlight, Apple's app testing platform. Once TestFlight is installed, you can download the WEEX Beta version.

The official developer of the WEEX iOS app is "Weex Virtual Currency Exchange LLC." Please verify this before downloading to avoid fake apps.
