A. How to Apply to Become a Trader?
- Visit the WEEX official website (https://www.weex.com/en/) or the WEEX App.
- Copy Trading → Apply to become a trader.
- Fill in the required information.
- Wait for approval.
B. What Should I Pay Attention to When Applying?
- All contract accounts (including live and demo) must have no open positions, no active orders, and no active plans.
- No KYC is required to instantly become a trader.
- One trader can only register one account for copy trading.

*Warm Tip
Please ensure none of the following situations occur during the review period, otherwise your application may be rejected:
- Holding open positions.
- Having active orders.
- Having unexecuted planned orders.
- Currently following another trader.
C. Trader Nickname Settings
Click the avatar in the top right corner to go to the trader homepage and set your nickname. Please note:
- Chinese characters, letters, and numbers are allowed. Once set, the nickname cannot be changed, so please choose carefully.
- Do not display, disclose, or imply social media accounts or contact information in the nickname, personal profile, or any display areas.

D. Trader Data Introduction
- Days Active: Calculated from the registration date.
- Followed Copy Trading Profit in the Last 3 Weeks: Total profits of followers in the past 3 weeks.
- Profit Rate in the Last 3 Weeks: Total profit in the last 3 weeks / Total margin of opened positions in the last 3 weeks.
- Win Rate in the Last 3 Weeks: Number of profitable orders in the last 3 weeks / Total number of orders in the last 3 weeks.
- Profit in the Last 3 Weeks (USDT): Total profit from closed orders in the last 3 weeks.
- Total Copy Trading Profit: Historical total profit of followers.
- Total Profit Rate: Historical total profit / Historical total margin of opened positions.
- Total Number of Trades: Total number of closed orders historically.
- Total Number of Followers: Total number of users who have followed the trader historically (users who unfollow are still counted).
- Current Number of Followers: Number of users currently following the trader.

Trader Listing Requirements:
- After becoming a trader, you must complete at least one open-and-close trade.
- After the next hourly update of the trader list, you will be searchable as a trader.
- Contract Pro account equity must be > 500 USDT.
E. Trader Copy Trading Process
Initiate copy trade → Set take-profit and stop-loss → Manage followers → Close position → View profit sharing.
- Start Copy Trading
a. Trader homepage → Settings → Copy Trading → Check the trading pairs you want to copy trade.
b. On the copy trading homepage, click “Initiate Copy Trade” or open a position on the contract trading page (this starts the copy trade). Once started, you can view position details in “My Copy Trades” or the “Current Copy Trades” section of the contract page.
Note:
- The positions in “My Copy Trades” show only the trader’s own positions, excluding follower data.
- Each new position opened by the trader will be displayed individually in “Current Copy Trades.”
- “Current Copy Trades” does not display the liquidation price.
- All positions in the same direction are merged in the “Positions” section of the contract page.
- Traders can be displayed on the copy trading page.
- Traders must complete at least one open and close trade in copy trading.
- The opening amount for each copy trade must meet the following: For BTC and ETH, not less than 10× the Contract Pro minimum order size; for other coins, not less than 2× the minimum order size.
- The trader’s cumulative copy trade position limit (total positions held by all followers) applies. Once the limit is reached, new copy trades will not be followed by users. See 【Trader Initiates Copy Trading】 for details.
2. Set Take-Profit and Stop-Loss
On the contract page “Current Copy Trades” and the trader homepage “Current Copy Trades” page, set take-profit/stop-loss by entering the percentage.

3. Manage Followers
a. On the copy trading homepage, “My Followers” shows all current followers and their account equity.
b. You can manage and remove followers at any time.
c. Removing a follower only means they will no longer follow your new trades. Existing followed positions remain unaffected.

4. Close Position
Close positions at market price in the “Current Copy Trades” section on the contract page and the “My Copy Trades” section on the copy trading homepage.
a. Traders can only close at market price.
b. Traders cannot use planned orders to close positions.
c. The close position function in the “Positions” section of the contract page is not available.
d. In the “Details” tab under “Current Copy Trades,” each copy trade must be closed individually.
e. In the “Summary” tab under “Current Copy Trades,” multiple trades of the same contract and direction can be closed at once.

5. View Profit Sharing
Click “Copy Trade Profit Sharing” on the copy trading homepage to view profit share earned from copy trading and detailed earnings.
a. Cumulative distributed profit, estimated pending profit, and yesterday’s profit are all displayed in USDT, including equivalent values for both inverse and linear contracts. Actual payout: Linear contract profits are paid in USDT, inverse contract profits are paid in the respective cryptocurrency.
b. Estimated pending profit is dynamic.
c. The profit details only display users contributing more than 0 in profit share.
